Well, there's always "Homecoming" sometime in 2003. However, I suspect there will be a few before that.

In the meantime, I'm moving this to the Trek Lit forum.

Nowhere in the excerpt of Homecoming does it say that Chakotay and Seven have a child. It does have Janeway and Chakotay getting pretty friendly, though.

Christie Golden is authoring two ST:VOY books to begin the
Voyager "relaunch" novels.

The first is "Homecoming" and the second is "Farthest Shore".
Both should be released in 2003.

ST:VOY short stories will be published in the "Strange New
Worlds VI" anthology to be released in March or May 2003.
If I am really fortunate, my ST:VOY story might be in there!
....hope springs eternal....

The kid was Mark's.

So let me get this straight,
1-Mark, Janeways ex-fiance has a kid now
2-Chakotay and seven are still together but do not have a kid
3-Kathryn and Chuckles are getting pretty friendly??? Yaaaaaay!

Please divulge point three in more detail as there isn't much chance of me getting the book anytime soon Puh leeeeeeez???

Well, Chakotay and Janeway get semi-friendly, but Janeway spends most of endgame with Mark and his wife. Seven and Chakotay definately do not have a baby, but Harry FINALLY finds someone who sorta-kinda-likes him but not-quite-sure of of. (Better than his past affairs)
It's really great. There's some dealings with the Klingons on Boreth, but I won't go into that.
