I was in a hurry so I am not sure if this is the right episode name or not. If not, you may check st.com to find the correct one and post it here, I will edit it then.
Synopsis:
A strange, symbiotic alien creature boards the Enterprise capturing a few of the crew members, including Archer and Trip, and cocoons them in its web feeding off their bodies to survive. With the captured crewmembers' lives in jeopardy, Hoshi, under T'Pol's command, faces her biggest challenge by trying to find a way to communicate with the lifeform in order to return it to its home planet.

The original name was Vox Solis, but I think it was changed. Most likely because in Latin, "is" is the plurar version of the "a" suffix. Hmmm.....I'm not sure what Sola means, but Vox is "Voice".

It was ok...not my favorite however that would go to Broken Bow, Shuttlepod 1 and Shockwave.
