I really enjoyed efc...but season 5, the final, was horrible, i did not really even watch it, though there were some good episodes when louis lane..(forgot her real name) gues starred as a crazy doctor. i did see the series finale, but i did not see the character street? did she die earlier in the season?

No, she temporarily became a hybrid, but Rene cured her. Rene then said that Street had done enough----she was out of the fight.

To be honest, I didn't like season 5 either----at least, what I saw of it. I've seen most of the rest of the series on the Scifi channel, but they don't run season 5 yet. The Atavus look wrong, act wrong, are just plain......WRONG.

The Taelons were cool. Da'an was cool. Zo'or was evil. Sandoval was evil AND cool. Boone was mega-cool, but even Liam was cool. I prefer Lili to Rene.

Oh, did I mention that Boone was killed------AGAIN-----OFF SCREEN!? That's just ridiculous. Why bother to bring him back for season 5 if they're only going to use him in 2 episodes and then kill him again?

Basically, here's my opinion of the series:

Season 1----A+
Season 2----Starts C+, but eventually climbs back up to B.
Season 3----B+
Season 4----A
Season 5----D

Season 5 is a study in how far a great show can fall.

thanks, yes i hated the atavus....they had years of material with the taelons.....i did like liam, he had a cute face and butt

its also sad how they ruined the show, i dont think it can even live on in books or anything, sadly, its completely over

From those sites, you might suspect they're not even the same show. The Scifi site has a picture of the season 1 cast, the other has a picture of the season 5 cast. Its an indication of some of the changes the show has gone through.
