Can any one explain to me what the difference is between slipstream and Transwarp is?

I'll give you the basic ruls ogf thumb. Transwarp is an engine, SlipStream is a way to make space travel eaiser. Plus, Transwarp has infinate velocity.

I think you're thinking of warp 10. If transwarp had infinite velocity, the borg would have more than likely taken over the whole Milky way.

Transwarp is Warp 10. Or it is in some episodes! LOL

No. That is not correct, I believe. Slipstream is a kind of Transwarp. Transwarp, is every kind of propulsion of the same speed(or higher) as warp.

Riiiiight, I don't know where you get your info, but I got mine from the ST.com and other ST books. I don't see how your statments can be correct, please clarify.

well transwarp is much faster and very conveninet but slipstream i am not yet sure of ill find that out the difference is transwarp gets u 2 a area in space in a shorter(much) amount of time slipstream is a ????

Hmmm... Ummmm I think theres an engineering thing with it. transwarp creates a whole conduit.

The only time I have seen the two types of transport is in voyager. To my understanding both transwarp and slipstream both create conduits. The speeds between both I do not know. According to my understanding slipstream is a little more hazardous. My knowledge
