But what if he is telling the truth although he didn't answer to my email!  Its not right to judge by his typing although he could be a fake and the evidence adds up to being someone from the UK. Is there a paramount place in the UK?

Yes there is but it isn't a studio it just distributes Videos and does paper work for magazines and stuff.

Well you see "rep" we have had alot of people claiming to be people of the Higher Monarchy (Example, Kate Mulgrew on website things like that) and with the internet you never know.
