Space can go on forever. In fact it is nothing. It is a lack of something in this case something. So Space is the noun for nothing...Other universes may be parrellel to ours that are made of something. Fluidic Space is an example!

It could be shaped like a torus, hence there is no end per se. However, that is still a mystery.

1. Wow, that's a big question.
Space is a very large area. It has an average particle density of one particle per cubic centimeter, but some areas are unusually dense (stars, planets, nebulae, etc.). Even the areas where there aren't particles are teeming with "virtual particles" that spontaneously appear, fly apart, come together, and destroy each other.
2. Earth's surface has no edges, but it's a finite size. Space is similar to that. You can't fall off the edge of space, but it does have a size.
3. That question is outside of the realm of science. It's a lot like asking "what's beyond the earth?" if you can't fly or even look up at the sky. You can never go there, and you can never see what's there, so you can't know.

it doesn't exist.
it starts to exist the moment a body is in it, so that time can be measured. When we measure time, or relative time, it becomes a universe on its own.

As for space well in our universe it is nothing at all...For the rest is all a mysterey as most of it always shall...

Well, it all depends on how you define "space". In russian the defenition is slightly more strict and is usually associated with endless. I really cannot imagine how you can attribute size to space since it is an expanding continuum as of now and even if it was finite you could not determine its size. And if you are reffering to space warping, would it not warp the way you measure space as well, making it infinite?

The expansion is irrelevant. If I were blowing up a balloon so fast that you couldn't measure its size, does that mean that it doesn't have a size at all?
As for the space warping argument, consider the Earth's surface. Its surface is curved, so you can walk around infinitely. However, you'll eventually pass through a place you've been before. If you stop measuring when you reach your starting point, you can get a measurement of the circumference of the Earth.
You could theoretically do the same thing in space--essentially, fly forward in a straight line and stop measuring when you get back to where you started. Of course, this would take a very long time, but a computerized probe with a bottomless power supply could eventually do it.

Rememebr that wearping of space is not always linear.It will not alway bring you back, and it may have other strange effects on your measurment. I do not believe we know enough about space in order to measure it (even if we had the technology).
