Chapter 16: Falling in Love

Jean hugs Jeff. "I thought you died where have you been?" It starts to rain outside Jeff looks out. "It was a long story lets just say Im back and Im not going anywhere." Jean looks at Jeff and smiles she than rest her head on her shoulder. "Jeff I dont know how to tell you this but I..I..I love you do you love me?" Jean kisses Jeff but Jeff does not kiss back right away Jean hugs him tightly Jeff than returns the kiss he continues to kiss Jean she starts to moan she runs her hands up and down his back they continue to kiss Jean looks at Jeff in the eyes and says. "I love you." Jeff looks at Jean and replies. "I love you too." Jean pulls Jeff down onto the ground and 3 hours go by they are using a old blanket to keep covered up Jean and Jeff are cuddling they go to sleep little did they know that there 3 hours of heaven would have lasting effects Jeff and Jean are sleeping when all of a sudden they hear a voice from outside its a person fighting some demons.

Chapter 17: Bad memories

*Jeff and Jean are in the warehouse when they hear someone fighting some demons outside*

Males Voice. "Come on bring it on you scabby goon." Jeff and Jean get up and look out the window they see a man fighting 2 demons he is kicking their butts Jean looks at the guy and grins like she is likeing what she sees the guy ends up killing them both he smiles and puts his coat on Jeff and Jean exit the warehouse and walks up to the person Jean smiles and says. "Your a great fighter my name is Jean this is Jeff who are you?" The male Figure looks at them and replies. "My name is Carlos but you can call me Rictor" Jean lets off a big smile and walks up to him. "Would you like to come to our base your welcome." Carlos looks at Jean and smiles. "Thanks I haven't had any sleep in days." Jeff, Jean and Carlos go to the base Faith sees Carlos. "Who is he?" Jeff looks at Carlos and replies. "This is Carlos he will be helping us if you need me I will be in my room." Jeff leaves and goes to his room he enters and goes to the window he closes his eyes and thinks to himself. "Why am I still alive why am I back? sometimes I wonder if it would be better if I never existed." Jeff closes his eyes and remembers everyone who he has lost.

Chapter 18: Demons from hell part 1

Jeff is looking out his window over the burned city of Kelso he thinks to himself.

"Why am I here whats my purpose maybe it would be better if I never existed maybe I should end it all."

Faith walks in and looks at Jeff.

"Whats on your mind bossman?"

Jeff looks at faith and says.

"do you belieive in destiny?"

Faith walk around his room and relplies.

"No if I did I wouldn't be here fighting this battle we all have roles we can't change that your job is to be the powers Champion and your doing the best you can."

Before Faith could finish Jeff explodes.

"No thats wrong I didn't ask for this job I didn't want it put on me did I ask to be brought back in the middle of a downpour? did I?"

Faith goes to answer.

"I.....I........."

"No They didn't they didn't ask me at all but hell I got stuck with the job watch this."

Jeff picks up a knife and stabs himself in the stomach Faith screams in horror Jeff pulls out the knife and it closes up.

"I can't even die thats how much they hate me if they didn't hate me they would let me die."

Loud Explosion Jeff and Faith runs to the window.

"What the....." Jeff said

Jeff and Faith run downstairs Jean and Carlos are downstairs getting ready

"What do you want us to do?" Asked Carlos

Jeff looks at Jean and Carlos and says.

"The explosion happened in the eastern qudrant of Kelso me and Faith will go and explore it."

Jean goes to Jeff and says.

"I think me and Carlos should go with you and Faith please let us go."

Jeff interupts.

"I said no Da##it now drop it someone has to be here for the girl now you and carlos will stay here and secure the base thats the end of it."

Jeff and Faith hop into the 4X4 and speed off about 10 minutes later they get to the explosion site they see 3 rather tall demons Jeff and Faith get out of the 4X4 Jeff walks up to them and says.

"I hear reports that there are 3 big nasties here."

Jeff punches the demon and the demon punches back Jeff gets up and gets his sword and pulls it out it shines in the fires light Faith pulls out her shotgun and cocks it she says.

"Let's dance"

Jeff and Faith engage the demons and they continue to fight the demons knock out Faith they focus on Jeff beating him into a pulp all of a sudden the lead demon chants something in demon and green fire eminates from his hands Jeff looks at it and says.

"Oh this can't be good."

The fire hits Jeff and Jeff screams in so much pain Faith wakes up and see Jeff burning she tries to get up but she can't Jeff litterly burns and disapears infront of Faith all there is is some ashes the Demons than disapear Faith finaly gets up and looks around she calls out.

Jeff.....JEFF?

Meanwhile back in the ruins of the wearhouse in longview Jeff is laying on the ground he wakes up its raining again.

"Faith are you ok?" Jeff asked

He hears nothing he opens his eyes and sees he is back in the wearhouse ruins its raining Jeff gets up and looks around.

"What am I doing here I don't feel good."

Jeff walks around than he touches a wall and than he hears thousands of voices he scareams in pain.

"AHHHHH Whats wrong with me ahhh."

Jeff keeps hearing the voices than he hears the sounds of a flying craft above him in the air he hears a voice.

"Heres one I found another one."

Jeff looks up and sees its carlos Jeff smiles.

"Thank god its you Carlos I need help back to the explosion."

Carlos looks at Jeff and says.

"Your Da#$ right your going to get help."

Carlos locks the Machine guns on Jeff than Jeff looks at Carlos and says.

"What are you doing?"

Carlos replies.

"This"

Carlos pulls the triggers and the machine guns shoot Jeff, Jeff than hits the ground with a thud he gets up and runs his wounds are healing up Jeff runs into a grave yard and sees some graves he doesn't know the first 5 but he sees the last 2 names Faith and Jean. Jeff hits the ground and is stuned.

"What what happened whats going on?"

Jeff hears a voice behind him its Carlos.

"Freeze your now a prisner of the Demon aliance."

Jeff looks down.

Chapter 18: Demons from hell part 2

Jeff looks down at the ground and thinks to himself Carlos hits Jeff in the back of the head.

"Come on move it...."

Before Carlos could do anything else Jeff turns around really fast grabs the gun slams the butt of the gun into Carlos head knocking him out.

"I never did like you." Jeff muttered

Jeff takes the guns and ammo from Carlos and locks him in a crypt in the graveyard he than goes to Carlos hovercraft and looks it over.

"Hmm this shouldn't be that hard lets see..."

Jeff looks over some buttons and pushes one it turns on the radio.

"Oops wrong button." Jeff says.

Jeff goes to turn it off but he doesn't he hears voices over the radio.

"We have 15 humans stuck in a buidling waiting for orders." Says a voice.

Jeff continues to push buttons he finally pushes the button to start up the hovercraft.

"Finaly ok it shouldn't be that hard to drive this thing just like a bike."

Jeff turns the throatle alittle and the hover craft zooms forword.

"Crap!"

Jeff still has the hovercraft at full throatle after going at full power for a few minutes Jeff finally learns how to use it Jeff heads to town on the hovercraft.

"Ok lets see what defenses this has."

Jeff accesses the weapons control.

"Ooh not bad automatic yeah baby."

Jeff zooms over to the building that the demons have the humans suronded in. Jeff zooms down to the demons and unleashes 2 missles wiping out 14 of the demons one demon escapes the blast Jeff turns around and heads towords the demon the demon opens fire but misses Jeff, Jeff than unleashes the machine guns on the demons tearing him apart Jeff scans for more demons or hovercraft but doesn't find any Jeff lands the hovercraft he gets off it and heads to the door and kicks it in there are 15 humans with their guns drawn at Jeff.

"If you value your life come with me." Jeff says

A voice comes from the crowd "Who in the he## are you?"

Jeff replies. "Your hope"

Chapter 18: Demons from hell part 3

"Lets go." Jeff says

The crowd doesn't move.

Jeff looks at them. "Why are you moving its not safe here we have to get going."

There is a voice from the crowd. "Why should we trust you how do we know your not some sell out that has promised to bring us in for a low ammount of money?"

Jeff looks at them. "I am not a sell out I don't even know how I got here but Im not a sell out if you want to live you have to come with me please trust me."

A door opens in the floor. "Mommy is it safe to come out yet?"

On of the older women turns around and faces the little girl. "Yes its safe tell the others to come out."

All of a sudden a bunch of kids come out atleast around 11 bringing the total to 26 Jeff looks at them all and says. "The base is in Kelso we will have to get there via the bridge."

A male in the group replies. "The bridge has been very damaged no cars can pass and now only people on foot can cross and they lit it up so if anyone crosses they will be seen and on top of it all there are no buildings the town burnt many years ago."

Jeff looks at the man. "Whats your name?"

The man replies. "Logan"

"Well Logan your going to be my first officer heres what we are going to do." Jeff goes out side and turns off his hovercraft than comes back in. "I have a HC I got from a worker of theirs what we will do is you and the children will make a run for the bridge I will lay in wait on the HC I will keep track of the other Demons on the radar when they apear I will open fire on them your objecitves are get yourselfs and the kids to the base its the old KelsoHighschool I will meet you there go to the front entrance its safe there trust me do you all understand?"

The group nods yes

Jeff for the first time in along time smiles. "Good lets go"

The group and Jeff leaves the warehouse and makes a run for the bridge Jeff is in the hovercraft checking his Radar than all of a sudden a blip goes off there is one demon heading to intercept Jeff yells down to the group. "HURRY UP THEY ARE COMMING."

The group picks up the children and runs for their life Logan shouts out. "Hurry up we are almost there."

The demon on the HC moves into attack mode Jeff than zooms off the roof and opens fire after a few minutes the Demons HC explodes Jeff heads to the bridge and sees they they all made it to the school Jeff gets to the school and parks the HC on the grass.

"Good to see you all made it welcome to your new home and base." Jeff opens up the door and its dark and filled with cobwebs Jeff thinks to himself. "Just like old times."

Logan looks at Jeff. "Its dark and cold how are we going to be able to live here?"

Jeff looks at logan and replies. "Come with me the rest of you stay here we will Be right back."

Jeff and Logan enter the basement of the school. "Here help me." Jeff says Logan comes over and helps Jeff after 10 minutes the power comes back on so does the heat and lights Jeff and Logan hears cheering from the crowd above them. Jeff and Logan comes out of the basement.

Jeff looks at the crowd and says. "The first 2 floors are open pick a classroom 1 family per classroom there are bathrooms on each floor my room is the only room on the 3rd floor if you ever need to talk to me and Im not here or in the office. The office is the command center for the whole base it has camaras and security fields the Gym and swimming pool are open for the children make sure that the children have a parent if they play in the pool ok your free to go now."

The families go and pick their rooms a woman walks into the office and looks at Jeff. "What about us who don't have families?"

Jeff looks at the woman. "You can still pick a room if you like of you can sleep in the hall its up to you."

Jeff tries to get the comp up and working. "Da@# why won't it work?" The woman goes next to Jeff. "Here let me try to help you. "The woman works on the comp and it finally comes online. "There you just need to know how to work it lol."

Jeff looks at the woman. "Thanks." Jeff activates the auto locks and locks the outside doors he than looks at the woman. "You can pick whatever room you want I will be in my quarters if you need to talk use the com system or feel free to come up and knock."

Jeff leaves the woman watches him leave and smiles.

Jeff gets up to his room he opens the door up and finds its dark cold and in a mess. Jeff turns on the light and sees that Faith and Jean must have moved in here before they died Jeff walks around and finds Faiths Journal He opens it up and reads it the first words in it are Jeff if you read this here is what happened. Jeff walks over to the window and reads the journal than hears the door open up he expects one of the children but he sees the woman He looks at her and says.

"I think I remember saying to Knock first remember?"

The woman replies. "You still haven't got over your manners problem haven't you?"

Jeff looks at the woman and says. "Have we met before?"

The woman smiles and says "Yes don't you reconize me?"

Jeff looks at the woman and says no "Im sorry I don't."

The woman looks at Jeff and says. "Here let me show you when I was younger." The woman morphs into a younger woman Jeff looks in shock.

"Ondi"

Chapter 18: Demons from hell part 4

Jeff looks at Ondi.

"What are you doing here? what happened what is this place?"

Ondi looks at Jeff. Than replies.

"Do you remember the fire that the demon threw at you?"

Jeff walks over to the window and looks out over at longview. "Yes I do I was hit by it than I woke up in the warehouse where I was killed before but something has changed its not right anymore Jean and Faith are Dead and this world is worst than when I left it in the begining."

Ondi walks to the window next to Jeff. "It has changed Im not sure what to do."

Jeff looks out over to Longview. "I see Omnicorp is still up and running."

Ondi looks at Jeff. "Yes its the main HQ for the Demon Alliance."

Jeff looks at Ondi. "Whats the Demon Alliance?"

Ondi sits down. "Its where all the different demons have made a treaty to work alongside and kill humans there are not many of them left in this world we have to protect whats left."

"Who says we are doing it Im going to do it its me whos going to safe them Im the hunter Im the chosen one." Jeff says than Jeff gets up and walks out of his room. "Im going downstairs." Jeff leaves.

Ondi follows Jeff downstairs and sees kids playing in the hall thier paraents watching them Jeff goes into the weapons locker in the back of the school in the protected zone Ondi follows Jeff.

Jeff looks at Ondi. "What are you doing?"

Ondi replies. "Im going to help you like it or not......."

"I don't need your bloody help your not going to help now get back to the main zone and leave me the He## alone." Jeff snaps

"Fine be a jerk you won't get far without my help." Ondi screams back

Jeff works the lock and finally gets in Jeff finds his sword and several weapons Jeff loads up and puts on his trench coat than leaves he heads to the main hall a little girl stops Jeff.

"Where are you going?" ask the little girl with a questionitive look on her face.

Jeff replies.......

Chapter 18: Demons from hell part 5

The little girl looks at Jeff and ask again. "Where are you going?"

Jeff looks at the girl and says. "Out."

The girl looks at Jeff and ask. "May I come with you?"

"No you can't where is this girls mother at?" Jeff ask.

"Your looking at her." says Ondi.

"Shes yours?" Jeff ask with a surprised look on his face

"Yes she is and she knows about me the people here do I helped them I knew that you wouldn't be gone forever." Ondi replies

The girl smiles and looks at Jeff. "Mommy told me about the hunter the one who would save us your cute." The girl smiles and giggles.

"Uh yeah." Jeff looks at Ondi. "How old is she."

Ondi replies. "Shes just about to turn 10."

The girl follows Jeff around the armory Jeff looks at her but she takes acouple steps back. Jeff looks at Ondi and says. "Keep a Chain on her I don't......."

Before Jeff could finish what he was saying the girl looks at him and says. "Keep a chain on her? I do have a name you know my name is Jennifer you should learn to be nicer to people."

Jeff looks at Jennifer and doesn't say anything He remains quiet he finishes getting his weapons ready he looks at Ondi. "You have control till I get back from my mission keep people out of my room and keep her on a leash."

Jennifer looks at Jeff and makes a mean looking face Jeff leaves he gets to the garage and gets on the hover craft and heads to longview on the way to longview the HC (Short for Hovercraft) feels slugish Jeff makes it to the place he was heading He finds 2 vampires attacking a guy Jeff fights the vampires and kills them he walks over to the man and ask. "Are you ok?"

The Man looks at Jeff and says. "I am but your not the man turns out to be a vampire and he punches Jeff sending him to the floor Jeff looks at him and says. "I should have been able to tell Im getting rusty." Jeff gets up and sees tons of eyes in the darkness hes surronded by Vampires atleast 250 of them Jeff looks around for a bas to get to he sees a old crypt the door is open Jeff runs for the crypt and gets into it he shuts the door and locks it using a coffen.

Meanwhile back at the base theres kids playing in the hall and some in the gym and some in the pool everyone is having a good time Ondi is looking around. "Jennifer where are you?" Ondi walks over to a friend of hers and ask. "Hey Deb have you seen Jennifer?"

Deb replies. "No not since Jeff left"

Ondi thinks to herself. "Oh no"

Meanwhile back at the crypt Jeff is trying to baracade the door there are no windows big enough for a vampire to get though Jeff is by the door and something creeps up behind him and grabs him Jeff grabs his sword and spins around grbing the thing by the throat.

Chapter 18: Demons from hell part 6

Jeff spins around and grabs the thing by the throat and finds out its Jennifer Jeff looks at her almost ready to blow up at her. "What the bloody Hell are you doing here? This isn't a place for little kids."

Jennifer backs up from Jeff and looks at him. "Im not little Im a Teen I can handle myself I been fighting demons with mom since I was 10 just so you know I......"

Jeff cuts Jennifer off. "Playing cops and robers isn't fighting demons listen up little girl when your with me you will play by my rules Im not your mother I will yell at you if you derseve it now go to that corner and wait there for me understood?"

Jennifer nods and goes to the corner its safe there Jeff paces back and forth thinking about what to do all of a sudden Jeff and Jennifer can hear the vampires trying to tear down the door Jeff walks over to Jennifer. "Stay close to me I have a idea."

Jennifer looks at Jeff and ask. "Whats your idea"

"Quiet" Jeff snaps Jeff closes his eyes and starts to meditate really hard Jeff's eyes glow green than Jeff screams unleashing the powers of hell fire rages everwhere but they are not injuring either Jeff or Jennifer the vampires run in terror and scream than Jeff's eyes turn black. "You want to see what hell is like prepare to go there." The earth starts to shake people at the school freak out its been 200 years since a earthquake they are running around grabing their children fire burst around the vamps burning them Onmicorp shakes and Scott looks around scared all of a sudden Jeff screams than passes out its just Jeff and Jennifer in the crypt ruins.

Jennifer bends down. "Jeff wake up please."

Chapter 18: Demons from hell part 7

Jeff and Jennifer are in the remains of the crypt Jeff is out cold due to over use of his powers Jennifer is trying to wake up Jeff.

"Jeff Jeff please wake up this isn't funny wake up Jeff please." Than Jennifer Snaps at Jeff. "JEFF WAKE UP" Jeff doesn't wake up Jennifer starts to slap Jeffs face over and over again trying to wake him up after the 5th slap Jeff comes to.

"What the He@@ are you doing?" Jeff snaps while rubbing his face Jeff looks at Jennifer. "What happened?"

Jennifer stands up and looks at Jeff. "I don't know what you did but whatever you did got rid of all the demons in the area and there was a earthquake like I have never felt boy you have alot of powers don't you?"

Jeff ignores the question and stand up he looks out over the town and sees the destruction of alot of buildings and thinks to himself. "Oh My God."

Jeff is looking over the town and sees how widespread his powers have affected the town and he realizes what he must do to get back to his time he takes Jennifer and goes back to the base.

�I know what we must do we have to do we have to take the fight to the demons now before they can retaliate.� Jeff says.

�What can. We do we are just a small group of people we can�t put up a fight against demons.� Says Deb.

�Yes we can we can do whatever we put our minds up to we have them on the run right now after the earthquake it freaked them out if we can launch an offensive right now they will not see it coming I have the weapons to take them out I just need you to help me fight them now who�s with me?� Jeff looks around but no one offers to help Jeff is hurt by their lack of faith in him. �I see you needed him and I put my neck on the line for you but none of you could do the same for me? I see well you can all stay here and cower in the corner I will not I hope you have a good time remember who it is that saved your life�s today.�

Jeff storms out it�s clear he is upset no one would help him in this hour.

Jeff gets into the truck and starts it up. �Jeff wait please.� Says Ondi.

�What?� Jeff snaps.

�Please don�t be mad at them they are not fighters they aren�t like you Jeff they . . . �

�THEY ARE A BUNCH OF COWARDS AND I CAN�T BELIEVE I SAVED THEM I REMEMBER PEOPLE BACK IN MY TIME LINE THAT WERE BRAVER THAN THEM I MAY NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE OF THESE COWARDS NOW IF YOU DON�T MIND I HAVE A DOOMSDAY TO AVERT.� Jeff speeds off into the darkness ready for the biggest fight of his life.

I decided to restart the story but Im going to start it after the fight so here goes.

Chapter 19: Aftermath

Jeff is standing in the ruins of OCP after he won the battle but something is different he thought after he defeated them he would go back to his time hes looking over the ruins of a town that used to be full of people than Ondi comes up to the top floor.

"Its time to go home Jeff." She says quietly looking at you

Jeff looks at her. "Where?"

Before he can finish asking he disapears into nothing Ondi looks down meanwhile back in 2001 Jeff apears he is in the cemetery he was burried at when he comes to hes standing up hes looking around

"Wh....where am I?" He looks around trying to get his bearings straight. He looks around while walking out of the cemetery he remembers it like he did when he was reborn its raining and dark. He goes back to the highschool that he now lives in its dark it has that dank welcoming feeling to it he goes up to his room and lays down in his chair looking out the window over Longview he thinks to himself. "I hope to high hell that the future is now changed." He closes his eyes its the next morning its bright in his room he gets out of the sun light like normal he looks around and smells something he goes downstairs and he sees three people he thought he would never see again. Katie, Jean and Faith. Faith looks at Jeff.

"What are you looking at?" She says in her normal tone.

"I didn't think I would ever see any of you again." Jeff replies

"Are you ok Jeff?" Katie interupts

"Im fine don't you remember anything?" Jeff says looking at her.

"Jeffs playing a game its a game weeee." Jean smiles

No one knows that Jeff diapeared into the future it is a aftershock of what happened Katie goes back to making dinner the other two are at the table talking Jeff goes and gets his morning cup of water like normal he than heads down to the gym to do his workouts Jean follows him.

"What were you talking about earlier Jeff?" She asks.

"It's none of your concern." Replies Jeff

The morning passes normaly till the alarm goes off Jeff looks up.
