Boba is an unaltered clone of Jango whomm Jango Adopted for himself.
That was his only condition for letting them clone him

Let me break it down... Boba is a little edition of Jango. Jango grew up "in the ghetto". Jango wanted to raise a "son" (clone/ mini-him or whatever) and give him the oppurtunities that he never had...like a father figure and what not. So Boba is his son and his clone.
