Spatial Continuum filled with organic fluid matter, a dimension apart from our universe. It is where Species 8472 is from. The borg discovored it from species 8472

Organic Matter? How is that possible? Is this another universe or a seperate demension?

So far, we can't really differentiate between "universe" and "dimension".

AS for organic matter, that's not a problem. Orgainc susbtance (molecules containing C and H) can be created through a variety of processes.

But how can it survive in a vacum? Of course now (VOY) there must be a sutiable enviroment for the matter, but how did it orignate?

We know belive we (the matter in our universe) came from a period of quantum gravity, an inflation. Wher the original stuff came from I have no Idea.

The oscilating universe theory states quite clearly that the planes of the universe ove towards and away from each other (long story) and the actual universe as we see it collapses into a dot or expands indefinetely depending on whether they are closing in or growing apart (that happens in a cycle)

True but what about the other theorys? They fit in with Quantum Gravity...more or less...

Oscilating Universe is currently the best one we have. It is cosistent with superstring thoery and seems to explain all observations.

Nothing we know may be right. Things keep changing...we need to get our theories right...But I guess that is how we learn!
