Who here likes Star Gate? I do. I think it's cool.
I think it has an interesting story, the film was actually based a scientists idea who actually thought the Ancient Egyptians where alien coz of there advanced architecture. 
What do you think was better the film or the series SG1?

the series is my fav the best episode is window of oppertunity
O'neill and teal'C get caught it a time loop every 10 hours.
the best bit it whee O'neill and Teal'C is plaving golf into the stargate

Yes, I liked that episode as well. LOL.
I also liked the episode when they put on these bracelets that gave them special powers but there was one side effect, it made them eat loads. The SG1 team ate anything and everything in very large quantities. 
I also liked the episode where Carter, Jackson and O�Neil went on a rescue mission to rescue Carters dad who is a host to a Tokra. The planet was a Gould prison camp, and they ran in to Apofice.
I�m not a huge fan of Star Gate but I like to watch it when it is on. I have liked all the episodes I have seen so far, I prefer SG1 to the film. I think the characters in SG1 are better, Teal�c is my fave character.

I've liked what I've seen of it (which isn't much), but when Scifi starts it from the beginning (sometime in the fourth quarter), I plan to watch religiously.

According to Scifi.com/stargate , they're going to restart SG1 on Sept 30!
However, it looks like five episodes in a row every Monday.......that could get annoying.

i love stargate but i think that it will b a little empty without jackson.
no more jack and daniel arguments but we got tealc and jacks sence of humour and sweet little sam.
sam is my fave character a guy named jonus is replacing daniel
