Why are all the ships called Enterprise? Except for Voyager.
Why doesn't my picture show on the side of my posts? This really bugs me.
Why aren't there more alien species abroad the ship?
Why does Capt. Archer eat privately?
Why doesn't the Chef have a name? <------- really bugs me
Why is the sky blue?

Okay, will not all ships are named enterprise, only 6 and there is also deep space nine and its defiant.
Go to FAQ to find out what you are doing wrong with your picture.
Enterprise NX-01 is set during the time before the federation of planets was set up, so not many species have joined the federation.
Well, if you think about it, many naval captains this time eat privately instead of with the crew and you don't see Janeway eating with her crew in the messhall a lot. I guess that is just how it is.
that is a strange thing, maybe they do not want to make the Chef one of the main characters...
The sky is not really blue it is purple, our eyes see the color blue better than we see purple so we see a blue sky, however color is different in most animals. What is blue to us, might not be blue to others.

The Enterprise NX-01 isn't a Federation ship, its an Earth ship. No surprise that it's mostly humans, then.
As for the rest....there are plenty of starships besides the Enterprises. Its just that 3 out of the five series so far have focused on a ship called Enterprise.
Some other ships:
USS Hood (Excelsior class, TNG: Encounter at Farpoint)
USS Faragut (Nebula class, ST: Generations)
USS Venture (Galaxy class, DS9: Way of the Warrior)
etc.....
