i dunno, kids in star trek always seem to be snooty little brats. that klingon kid today was quite funny, TNG episode where piccard get turned into a 12 year old, i forget the name

Wesley is very annoying, he's always suggesting something or other, he is very smart, but always in the way, messing things up and all.

I find Cadet/Ensign Crusher to be a smart young kid who in my view...will grow up and end up how Picard did. He's a good kid and deserves to be treated like one by the crew...not an annoying little brat. Heck, even Picard admits in one episode he doesn't consider ihm annoying anymore.
