Benny Russel? I actually haven't seen the episode, but from the novelization, its kind of left open which is "real" and which is fiction.

i saw all the ones where he is in it, hmm could this be startrek showing that all of us could be an imagation in someones mind?

It my star trek november 99 mag Ira Behr said he was thinking of ending the series with Benny Russell publishing the story and overcoming Racism and dealing with the 2 Racist Cops
