"That's the way you respond to every situation, isn't it? If it doesn't work,
hit it. If it's in your way, knock it down. No wonder I got kicked out of the

~Human B'Elanna to Klingon B'Elanna, "Faces"

Seven: Six of 10, this is not your assignment.
Kim: Stop calling me that.
Seven: Your new designation is 2 0f 10.
Kim: You're demoting me?
Kim: Seven's taking this hive mentality just a little too far. Designated functions.... numbered drones. I wouldn't be surprised if she started plugging us into alcoves.
Chakotay: When in the collective Harry, adapt.
~Omega Directive~

Janeway: Do you have a better idea?
Seven: We are Borg.
Tuvok: I take that as a yes.
~Scorpion Part2 ~

Tuvok: How did you obtain this information?
Seven: We are Borg.
Tuvok: Naturally.

If I were human I believe my response would be..."go to hell!" If I were human
Spock, ST6

I think I speak for everyone here when I say "to hell with our orders"
Data, First Contact

I think it was Maquis74656 who recognised Picard's "the reports of my assimilation have been greatly exaggerated" as being used on many other shows (with assimilation obviously being replaced by a word more relevant to the plotline). Does ANYONE know where this phrase originated because it really bugs me when I here it

I'm not 100% sure, but I think Sherlock Holmes said "Reports of my death are greatly exagerated".

Another use:
Babylon 5: whichever one is directly after "Into the Fire".

"Reports of our disloyalty are greatly exagerated." -Ivanova

yes, but later in the same episode that that line originally comes from, Kirk says: "The needs of the few outweighed the needs of the many" I personally like "That's the Maquis way too, but you abandoned that rule"
(Chacotay to a stubborn Maquis after he punches him.)

My personal fave and my signature line...

"The hall is rented, the orchestra engaged. Its now time to see if you can dance"--Q

and my second fave...

"What does God need with a spaceship?"--Kirk, in the forgettable ST-V

Then there's a Janeway expression...

"There's coffee in that nebula"--Janeway

and of course another favorite is

"Its not crunch time Mr Kim. I'll let you know when"--Janeway

Giving Deep Space equal time--anytime Sisko called Jadzia, "Old Man"
