Depends. Untouched, a VERY long time. Under near-constant Warp stresses, probably at least several more decades. Under near-constant phaser fire.......well, maybe an hour.

If Starfleet realy wants the ship to stay service then it will but remember ships can only really last until it is maxed out then it will get obselete just like the enterprise(not NX-Enterprise)
