Does anyone else think the Borg should have tried to assimilate DS9. If they did who would win?

I think the prophets would get involved and destroy the Borg. Yes I agree DS9 would prevail.

Here is the way it would go. DS9 would detect the Borg, and evacuate everyone to Bajor. Now, since Voyager made it home, DS9 would activate the outer armor (seen in the last episode of Voyager), load the torpedo bays with transphasic torpedoes, easily destroying the borg.

I do like the Borg storylines, but I think that if they were used in DS9 it would have made them so overused. If they tried to assimilate DS9, they would lose.

I do believe their was a battle with the Borg on DS9. The first episode showed the fleet at wolf 359 trying to destroy the Borg cube. Sisko was on one of those ships, he and Jake evacuated in an escape pod. But his wife and his daughter were killed.

aiite i dont kno much about ds9 but the borg are some bad asses . To defeat the borg Ds9 would ave to be like the baddest mofo in the galaxy is this true cause they way it sounds you guys make it seem DS9 would own the borg and i am looking to kno what DS9 has tactiaclly cause if the dominion can take it im pretty sure the brg could ... plus in the last episode the started to eat away at the hull armor and they queen said they would adapt....
