In relativity, we learn that a person cannot be removed from his time-period more than four time without risking damage.
But then what about the crew of a timeship???....Does that mean that the crew is changed after every four incursions(unlikely)...or do the ships have dampners to compensate???
Also, who decides which timeline is the original one????

Probably the makers of that episode decide which is the original one. and yes they do change in each time zone...that is why there were so many different Harry's, and Janeways, etc.

Everytime there is an incursion, won't the timeship be affected as well???....
...so how does a timeship manage to keep logs of its incursions..?????
.....Maybe it's kept out of phase with our time-space continum....

The original time line is your own timeline accordining to the Temprol Prime Directive.

Maybe the ship uses shields like the ones Voyager used in "The Year of Hell" to protect themselves from the effects.
As for the time-line, my guess is that atleast 1 or more of the time-ships with temporal shielding monitor the time-line and report when changes have been made.
