I think it's really sad that practically none of voyagers episodes focus on the remaining 143 crew members on board....the ones who go about their duties silently and efficiently..
They could have a special episode....Voyager thru the eyes of the warp core cleaner.....or something..
I've never seen Janeway with these people....talking to them..cheering them up......isn't that important..???....or are we just concerned about the 6 or 7 on the bridge??

Usually all series just focuses on the main cast. Not sure why. Just in the scripts I guess

It seems all Ensigns get the short end. I've noticed how Tom got demoted to Ensign after that incident at the water planet, spent 30 days in the Brig, then a few years later was promoted back to Lieutenant, all the while Ensign Kim does his duties just like Tom.. He even developed the Astrometrics room for goodness sake. Maybe he'll make Lieutenant by the time he hits 40..

There was always that Joke, about the ensigns, when they go off camera they get killed, and for all Startrek shows that is still true. When its one of the senior staff that gets injured everyone around shows concern, and is upset, but when its an ensign all they get is "They knew this would happen one day when tey joined starfleet"

OH God im an ensign. In my will i leave all of my posts to you all, the rest to my family.

I wish there was a voyager episode, where all the crewmen get fed up with the command crew. There's a mutiny, and each of the senior crew get strapped onto a shuttle and fired into space......hahahaaa....

Okayyyy...I know that's impossibly impossible, but how about a holonovel, like the episode where Tovok's training holoprogram for security crewmembers in the event of a Maquis invasion gets hijacked by Seska.....

I think it would be really cool if more of the crew were Ensigns, or a whole ship ful of Ensigns,e xcept the captain.

That was Good Shepherd.... it's okay but there wasn't really that much action.... only more drama between Janeway and the three crew.

Janeway cares very much about her crew. In several epposides she talks about crew moral. And in several more the entire epposide is focused on 1 crewman!!!!!!!!!
P.S.

Most of the 143 people arn't Ensigns they are mostly crewman!
