If only we could have the technology to make our own starships today instead of in the years of the 2300's...it'd be soooo cool, and I would be commanding one (I hope). How many of you think it would be cool too?

Here's an idea, in the futre when we are all old and grey, if we all promis to steal a starship, i'll swipe a Galaxy class, we then break the temporal prime directive and bring the ships back to lets say 1995. Change history, if we die whilst doing it then oh well, but the present us would benifit.

Or if we want the instant effects we just all work together to make the technology real now. Lets create a forum where the technophiles, those of us that want holodecks and replicatiors now can share ideas on how to make them. We could change the world today, or maby put it off untill tomorow, but then tomorrow will never come.

I think it would be cool to, to have a ship like enterpise, or a romulan warbird with cloaking technology. ALos all the powerful firepower of the time. It would be cool also to have transporters to go anywhere in th world or to your ship for free.

i think that we will have that technology soon, considering the rate we are developing the stuff we have now. and if all go acordingly, we will have warp one in 2051.

well of course it would be cool to have the technology, but i think it would take a long time because no one is trying to help make something for the future, they are trying to make things for now, which sets us back

According to our scienctists today, warp travel is impossible. Nothing can go faster than the speed of light! But....as we've seen some things people thought were impossible became true, as our technology advances.
