i will say that i have only seen 3 star trek original ep.s and a couple of the movies but i think that looking at the original series u can see the beginning of what we now call the star trek world and in that way the original series is great. in my opinion Scotty is the best person in it, i just love his accent. Lattly i have been reading ST:TOS books and LoVe them, they give a insite to each character and that is great. i am enjoying the original series, and i will plege that if it takes enternity i will watch every ep. to see were the best spin off shows came from....

What's your favorite episode so far?
Mine is the one where a guy from the past- Khan takes over the ship.
I also liked the one with the Organians. When they stopped a war between the Romulans and Klingons.

I liked Space Seed, too. Another good one was when they were on a planet patterned after Nazi Germany.

I think that one of the WORST episodes was The Way to Eden. It was just AWFUL.

Yeah, that one was pretty bad. Spock singing just killed the show for me. It was so bizzare.

Yeah, but to establish a character, and then have them do something totally against what is established, just doesn't seem to work somehow.

Thrilling
Everyone talks about how tacky TOS was. The first SIX MOVIES WERE TOS!!!
And Star Trek 6 was awesome!!! The effects in that, WOW!!
Especially the Klingon blood floating through the air, and then splatting. Kind of reminds me of Sharks lunch the other day. BTW, Morphy, he's still quite upset about his mother. Don't go to the ocean any time soon.
