I vote Vulcan followed by the Romulan but I guess they are just an offshoot of the former.

I think I like Species 8472 the best because they proved that the Borg could not assimilate every species they came in contact with . Vulcans come in second , I think.

Actually, they don't. (Could, certainly, but don't). Anyway, the Q we know is one of the only cool ones. The rest just sit around all the time.

Doesn't mean they're omnipotent. They are flawed too. Their inability to A) get along with other species. B) leave picard alone C) Understand and mimic another's habits and speech.
See just a couple flaws there.
