does anyone know if there is a rule in the ferengi society that doesn't allow the females to ware clothing?

And does anyone know all the rules of Acquisition?

Ferengi did have that law for a VERY long time. It was only changed by Grand Nagus Zek a short time before making Rom the new Grand Nagus.

No one knows ALL the rules, since they haven't all been told to us on the show. However, there is a book which contains almost all the known rules. I personally know a few by heart:

#1: Once you have their money, you never give it back.
#75: Home is where the heart is, but the stars are made of latinum.

I know some others, too, but not the numbers......

Treat people in your debt like family; exploit them.
Exploitation begins at home.
You can't free a fish from water.
A contract is a contract is a contract (but only between Ferengi).
