Hey! I'm doing good thanks
Glad you're ok too.
I've got an eveningshift today, third in a row... After that, weekend!
We're going to pick out a kitty from the shelter, sooooo looking forward to it!

Yeah they do! He's a sweetheart. Here's a picture of him in the window-still: http://twitpic.com/noed8
He's so lovely. We went to get him at the shelter, he was all stressed out because of two other cats who were fighting all the time. When he was with us we let him on his toilet, you always do that so he knows where it is. He jumped off right away and checked out our house, was very affectionate, asking for our attention and meowing and all And every time we get up to get something in the kitchen or whatever, he follows us and walks in front of our feet and stuff...
Oh, I love him. His name is 'Puk' btw. No 'Puck', no

Damn, it sucks, I've got an tendinitis in my shoulder It really hurts. I went to my GP and she said to rest for 2 weeks, but I didn't like that advice. I've got time off work this week, but next week I gotta work again. So I went to see a physiotherapist (in Holland that's without prescription from the GP), and she gave me much better advice: I can't do anything with my arm above my head, I've got some exercises I have to do 3 times a day and she wants to treat me via massage therapy to loosen the muscle and get rid of all the toxic waste build up and thus speed up the healing process.
I hope all goes well and I'll get rid of my painful shoulder!

Well, I took some muscle relaxants and that helped a lot. I went to the physiotherapist again yesterday and that really helped the pain. I just need to do as little as possible but also move around a bit so the muscles don't tense up and stuff. So I'm ok.

Yeah, just a lot of rest.. No working this week, unfortunately I'm in too much pain and there's no work for me to do where I won't overcompensate again. So yeah, just at home and resting a lot, reading, watching movies....

Yeah, I'm trying.. Though I'm not someone to sit still. My physiotherapist said that the first 3 weeks is the worst and you should take it absolutely slowly. It's now the second week so I guess I won't be working next week as well, and after that I'll start to build up slowly

Yeah of course Thanks.
I'm taking my rest and it seems to be working, not much pain but sort of a sore muscle feeling in my shoulder. I really need to take it easy this week too, if I start too fast it'll come right back.. Gonna call with my boss tomorrow to talk about starting to work again and how we're gonna build it up. I don't wanna start too fast and I don't wanna hurt my other shoulder.
But it'll work out Just getting depressed with sitting home all the time, sooo not for me
