There are good points about all the movies but my favourite is Insurrection.

Tight writing, well directed and edited (not many times does the story stall if ever) and I think the premis and the overall plot is plausible.

Generations was abit of a stretch (a energy ribbon which was joy/pleasure), abit of a stretch.

First Contacts cliche plotline of the Enterprise coming to the rescue.

And Nemesis's plotline where the Remans had taken over the governing of the Romulan people.

FC was a good movie but Insurrection is the movie that non trekkers could sit down and watch and enjoy.

And if we as true fans want more movies made then that is what we need, non fans going along and spending thier money.

Nemesis was the best for me, with First Contact a close second. Then the Romulans have always been the best aliens for me.

First contact was the best movie in my opinion.

First Contact does it for me.
Followed by Insurrection.

Generations, no question. I mean, Data finally gets his emotion chip, giving us moments like "The Ferengi in the gorilla suit has to go.", "Mr. Tricorder.", or my personal favorite "Oh...sh!t." I laugh very hard at that part every time. Brent Spiner is a comical mastermind in that movie.

Not to mention the great interactions between Kirk and Picard.

There's several, but the one that always sticks in my mind is "I was out roaming the galaxy when your grandfather was in diapers."
