Endgame was perfect. What I love about it is that it tried to explore two possibilities
1. Voyager getting home - the long way round
3. Voyager getting home quickly
It brought closure for a lot of the characters
Kim making it captain
Doctor ascertaining his sentience by marrying - those of you who think it was too far fetched well no since the nature of his existence has often been the subject of some great episodes
7of9 finally dating
The list goes on..
I only think that the end following their arriving in the alpha quadrant was too abrupt. Two or three minutes longer , close up on the characters (just like when they came out of the Void after 2-3 months), Earth etc.. would have packed it nicely

Yea, you're right, two or three minutes more of showing the homecoming feelings would have been nice, and only then the zoom on the captain... But I guess the double episode would have become triple if all our little wishes were fulfilled... )
