I guess it would be good if Janewya did leave because Chakotays Much MUCH cuter. Seven kinda made things harder for everyone.

I didn't care for Kes, but Janeway should have left, I really wish she had of. Maybe things wouldn't be so bad if she had left, Chakotay was pretty cool in the "Last Case Scenario" episode, rather the holographic version of him, when he was in charge. Simply put, Janeway was a bad Captain.

Seven...she had about triple the amount of episode devoted to her than any other character, so she doesn't really need anymore

she only had more episodes devoted to her in the 4th season. That is because she was a new character and needed to be established. After that just about all the characters had equal time.

I don't like RB, but I like Chakotay. I don't know much about KM, but I don't like Janeway, so, bye bye Janeway!

It was a good choice to leave Kes behind and bring Seven in. I don't think there were many Kes fans, but I understand when they made the change Voyager's ratings were lower and they were in a jam, and Jeri's character brought Voyager back to its shining heights. I liked the show even without Seven, but she just adds the "magic spark"  Don't hate me ladies...
