i mean come on! He was an ensign during the entire time voyager was in the delta quadrant, it seems a bit unfaire you know ?

Personally, I think he SHOULD'VE been promoted above an ensign in maybe season 7 of Voyager, if not sooner! Reason being, Harry proved himself time and time again, not only by saving Tom's rear on multiple occassions, but by saving the ship on multiple occassions, I mean heck...he even got to be a night-shift captain a few times! So yea, with all that and everything he's done and proved, he should've been promoted!

I agree, funny enough Harry himself brought this up in an episode, Janeway shot him down, first saying he was "sure of himself", and then she later said she had "no room" to do so, due to Voyagers situation, which is bull. Rank and position very rarely have something to do with the other, and she promoted Tuvok, demoted Paris, and then re promoted him.
