I owned ace combat for about a month. The graphics are stunning but the gameplay is really repetative. Maybe I didn't give it enough of a chance, but I sold it to a friend at work.

A top ten? Does it have to be platform specific? I have a few games I love, even if they annoy me to all get out at times. No real numbers per se, but I play these the most often.

GTA (in general)
Evil Genius
Path of Neo
SW III
Enter The Matrix
ST Armada (both)

There's probably a couple more in there I haven't listed, but through my game play history, at least more recent within the last few years, these titles are what I've played the most.

Hmmm...this one entices some thought, so here goes, lol!

1.) The Legend of Zelda : Ocarina of Time (N64)
2.) WWE Wrestling Games, in general (Playstation Consoles Specifically)
3.) GTA, in general like LB (Specifically PS again lol)
4.) The Legend of Zelda : Twilight Princess (Wii)
5.) Super Smash Bros. (N64, NGC, Wii)
6.) Mario Bros. w/ Duck Hunt (NES)
7.) Sonic the Hedgehog, in general (My favs were on the Genesis though)
8.) The Legend of Zelda : Phantom Hourglass (NDS)
9.) Pokemon series (GBA, GBColor, GBA-SP, NDS)
10.) The Legend of Zelda : Majora's Mask (N64)

Again, this is a rough estimate, I'm sure there is more, maybe even that should be on my Top 10, but like DQ, I'm lazy...so no thinking this early, lol, this list is good enough !

Hard to do one of all time, considdering the differences between great low graphical games like Doom and Wolfenstein 3d and for their time high tech games like Halo and Half-Life.

1. Fallout series(Fallout 1 and 2, Fallout tactics) (PC)
2. Halo (Xbox)
3. Black & White (PC)
4. Civilization III (PC)
5. Pokemon red, blue or yellow (Gameboy color)
6. Half-Life (PC)
7. TES IV: Oblivion (Xbox 360)
8. C&C: Red Alert (PC)
9. Heroes of might & Magic III (PC)
10. Hearts of Iron II: Doomsday Armageddon(or any of the other 3 paradox games) (PC)

I have to be honest, that list is different every time. But it gives a good amount of my favorite games, all in my eyes brilliant. At least the first 2 are at the right spot.

Hail to the PC!

See I've gotta get into these pc games. I don't think I've played many at all. I never had a decent computer of my own until last year.

Indeed, PC games are IMHO better than most console games. Of course with consoles getting closer to becomming computers every year, I'm sure change is comming soon.

Well the downside of pc's is that you have to almost constantly upgrade your system if you want to play the new games on highest quality.

Consoles dont have that problem.

Luckily i'm a PC gamer that definitly does have the neccesary upgrades when they are needed.

Like right now i can play Mass Effect at maximum settings without a single hick-up

FYI, the last console i owned before getting my PSP last year was the PSX. and i stopped playing PC games since Counter-Strike went to Steam.

1. Counter-Strike (PC)
2. Desert Combat for Battlefield 1942 (PC)
3. Syphon Filter (PSX & PSP)
4. Parasite Eve (PSX)
5. Killzone: Liberation (PSP) / Blitz (PSX)
6. Warhammer 40k: Squad Command (PSP)

however, i still haven't played Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness for PSP. i'm still trying to finish up Aedis Eclipse: Generation of Chaos (SRPG for PSP) before i start another SRPG. Disgaea seems like a pretty awesome game from what i've seen though.

the Gundam Battle series, as well as Gundam SEED Rengou vs. Z.A.F.T., for PSP are also pretty awesome.
