If the Borg collective have transwarp technology, wouldn't they have encountered the Dominon and assimilated them? Mmmm .... I wonder?

ummm good question... longs as changlings has cells yeah cause borg assimulate at the celluar level. but I never heard of the borg assimulating a changling though.

We don't know. The shows (sadly) never had the two encounter each other.
According to the books, the answer is no. A Borg tried to assimilate a Founder and it simply spit out the nanoprobes.
