Day of Honour. Lots of good Tom and B'Elana moments. Especially when tom says something like.... Why did we have to beam to be off an exploding shuttle craft before i could initiate first contact precedures.
B'Elanna: why can you only got 30 seconds when we are alone together without thinking about first contact.
Tom: That's not fair. I must have gone what? 4 minutes in engineering the other day.

Funniest moment.
Was definitely the end to Threshold where Chakotay says " I do not know how I am going to right this in my report", and Tuvok with that ice cool expression looks at him and says "I look forward to reading it".
Also I liked the conversation between Janeway and Paris after being deevolved, "I'm sorry captian, I do not know what came over me", "that's alright Mr Paris, besides what ,makes you think you initiated anything"
The funniest quote comes from the doctor. In Message In a Bottle he arrives on the Prometheus and activates the EMH and rattles on about his myriad of adventures since being activated and then he gets to the last one "I have even had sexual relations", the EMH replies "sex how is that possible we are not equipped for that " and the doctor replies "let's just say I have made an addition to my program"
That is one of the classic lines from any TV show.

When chakotay went after seska in mauvers just the kazon smacking the you know what out of him made me start to smile... hehehe sorry chakotay fans just had to say it.... i just don't like him no more... reason ? to long to explain

The Killing Game, Part II.
THe Klingons give Neelix a bat'leth and tell him to lead them into battle. He doesn't want to but the doctor convinces him to. They then give the doctor a knife and tell him to cover their flank. Then as the Klingons are leaving to go to battle with Neelix and the Doctor behind them, the Doctor waves the knife a little and in a sarcastic tone says "Tally ho..."
I found that amusing,

 I love that part! Some of my favorite scenes in episodes were when the Doctor was daydreaming, the episode where the Doctor was in Seven's body, any episode with Q (especially the one where his son was on the ship), the episode where Janeway was as Queen Arachnia for the Captain Proton thing, and that one episode where the doctor writes a holonovel and then makes the crew look really messed up and then it was published and Paris gets pretty pissed and then makes his own holonovel making fun of his time with the doctor.

Yeah that was pretty funny. I loved how Q threatened to turn him into an amoeba (sp?) for eternity. I also met John de Lancie. He was a pretty nice guy.

I'm sorry, but I think one of the funniest moments involved the entire episode of "The Voyager Conspiracy". Seven totally loses it...and it makes me laugh.

I thought it was funny when Voyager encountered that self-proclaimed superior species that decided to create their own holomatrix to sing for them, you know, the one when the Doctor humiliated himself. The funny part was when they expressed their superiority to Janeway and she said something like "thank you for tolerating our deficiency" it was hillarious.
