I fixed your account. You still can't log in?
We had a misconfiguration and you probably didn't get some sort of email verification to reactivate your account.

Hi. I just registered as RobOwens but got an error message after comfirming, I guess when I should've seen a "an email has been sent to your address, please confirm it" type of message.
At the home page it says that I am the newest registered user but i cant log in. I'm pretty sure I gave the right email address. I've tried emailing Morphy but get the mail returned :/

Since you replied to my email your account is now active. We shall look into why there are problems with emails.

Heya, I'm attempting to change my e-mail, and I got a stupid general error message.
I switched from a now inactive email (([email protected])) to my new e-mail (([email protected]))
But it didn't send the validation e-mail, because the general error message thingy.

Several very inappropriate posts were made using your account. I, for one, find it odd that you haven't posted in weeks and the day after you're account is banned for inappropriate posts is the day you decide to return... Same IP address, too.
I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and unban you.
Change your password if you were hacked, btw.

An interesting concept... even if they are using the same network(((wifi))), it would have an IP address difference of atleast one number or digit. For example, my Laptop and Desktop use the same WIFI network, but have an IP difference of one number... just a point to make. 'obviously they ould have the same ip' doesn't make sense to me...

That's not the case. I currently share my internet-facing IP with many other people, as my ISP uses a proxy to route things through. A normal home router will give out different local IPs, but to the internet all the computers will have the same IP. There's an article on Network Address Translation on Wikipedia here.
