I think The Dark Frontier was the best, it showed how strong Janeways feelings for Seven really are

You must be joeking, right?!

That's a tough one:

Either "Unamatrix Zero" or "Endgame".

Also "Equinox" is excellent.

I am NOT joking.

Workforce was an excellent episode which really explored the characters as human beings (or otherwise ). Very emotional and non-Starfleet kind of episode! Which is a breath of fresh air sometimes...

I agree those were also high up there on the list for me.

Hey, Don't get me wrong, I think these were superb storylines, like you said "a breath of fresh air" an interesting twist.
But, in the voyager spirit, the grand scheme of things on Voyager it was not the full action and ingenuity that we have come to see and like about Voyager. (At list for me )

I have to agree with that. Definitely my favorite episode(s). My second would have to be (and I can't remember the name) the one where Harry and Chakotay make it to the Alpha Quadrant then send a message back in time to keep Voyager from crashing.

Yes!! I forgot about that one. I'm not sure what it's called either but it was great.

I thought The 37'S was okay and that Learning Curves was okay.

But the best I have to say was the one where B'E lanna was doing all that unsafe stuff on the holodeck (haven't seen it for a while so can't remember the name), and it was a great performance from Roxanne.

^ That was 'Extreme Risk'

Where do I start? I've got a few:
Unimatrix Zero
Scorpion
Endgame
Time and again
Cathexis
Non Sequitur
Deadlock
Future's End
Unity
Before and after
Distant origin
Worst case scenario
Scientific method
The omega directive
In the flesh
Latent image
Relativity
Blink of an eye
Fury
Drive
Shattered
Lineage

Wow, longer list then I expected
But my all time favorite is still: Timeless. I could watch it forever

The answer to the first one is 'Timeless' where Harry and Chakotay experience an alternate timeline-season 5.

That was a great episode, one of my favorite classes ever was introduced in this episode! It also showed a view into life in the Alpha Quadrant, while still being a Voyager episode. Definitely a fave ep of mine in Trek as a whole, not just VOY.
