Buy the DVD boxsets/videos. There may be sites online that allow you to download the episodes legally (for a fee) but I cannot think of any off the top of my head.

or if your lucky like me... you saw a replay on TV... and tried to work out what episode it was. then realised it was one of about 4 missed episodes that i have never seen! pretty excitting.
