Something that got me here, the way when the Doc is highlighted having done harm, there is a big deal made out of it, whereas in some episodes (example Future's End) he shoots people without a qualm. Odd?

That's really a very good point you make here. I think it's once again a case of writers not reading/watching the previous episodes. If they are too lazy or too much in a hurry to collect information on the major characters and the general story line, they should at least come here and ask the fans. We usually know more about the series than they do.

i read that brannon bragga was dating jeri ryan,
so his brain was probably slowly turning to oatmealed porridge
for some of his episodes.
its a miracle if he was even able to remember how to type!
"these scripts he's turning in are all in pencil!"
i envision that brannon/jerri scenario to be similar to that
nicole kidman and joaquin phoenix movie "To Die For"...
except a little nerdlier/smokin' hot.
