is it just me or did Tom get reinstated as a lieutenant. when
Janeway married him and Tores, she said they were both lieutenants anyone know what happened

Those were duplicate officers, and Thirty Days (where he was demoted), happened in between when the crew first was duplicated (Deamon - season 4), and when the dupicate Tom and B'Elanna got married (C:O - season 5).

So theoretically the duplicate Paris probably never got demoted.

Either that or it was a costume glitch
