Hi everybody!
Yesterday everning (well, it was evening in Italy) I joined STV and I hope to get welcomed aboard. My displayname (as you all can see is Lt. Saavik) but my real name is Silvia. I live in Northern Italy, I'm 34 and I'm a linguist.
I fell in love with ST about 22 years ago, when I was barely 12, and never fell out of it. At that time there was the TOS only, needless to say, but then I grew able to appreciate the other series too, especially VOY.
My ST favourite characters are Leonard 'Bones' McCoy, Data and captain Janeway.
My interests are cinema, film music and astrophysics.
Well, I guess this is all as far as my introduction goes, and... please, be patient to me: I know that my English is far less than perfect, so...
Live long and prosper!
