Two Vulcans, some Bajorans and a Bolian from the Maquis are all I really saw, plus Neelix and Kes. But Voyager's Starfleet complement seems very short on aliens as opposed to say, the Enterprise

But Enterprise was only just starting to explore, they hadn't met many new alien races yet and starfleet command was still pretty wary of them anyway. I agree that there did seem to be a bit of a lack of aliens on Voyager.

i remembe talking about this on te Enterprise forum.... VOyager has had moany species that only show up in 1 episode. Next to that a handfull of species came back fro more episodes. New species that only made an appearance in Voyager.
Itsl ogical they don't encounter species from the ALpha or Beta Quadrants, so instead they made new ones like the Malon, Hirogen and Kazon.

I think the OP meant aliens onboard the ship as crewmen, not aliens they ran into in the Delta Quadrant.
As for the question in the topic, Starfleet is comprised mostly of Humans. That is why in most of the ships, they have a 50% Human-50% various aliens ratio. The ENT-D didn't have many aliens on it either. Most Starfleet vessels don't seem to. On the other hand, some are almost all alien. Like the Nebula class starship that visited DS9. It had an all Vulcan crew.

What? Did you research this out of curosity? They may not have all been main chars with spoken lines every episode, (Or some even ever) but I've seen several Alien crewmembers in the backgrounds/guest...

I think there is enough aliens on Star Trek: Voyager, I can't even remember all of them. I would have been okay if they added more aliens though.
