Hi, all. I, like many of you, are enjoying Spike TV's showing of ST:VOY. I tape the episodes for viewing later, and found I have missed more than a few since Spike's airing began in January. Could someone please tell me the names of the episodes where:
Tom gets busted down to Ensign
The first appearance of "Captain Proton"
The Doctor receives the mobile emitter
The macroviruses' attack on Voyager

Thanks, squiggy. I'm still confused, though (a recurring state); I saw an episode recently where Capt. Janeway reinstates Tom to his rank as Lt., mentioning how his services "over the past year has been exemplary." So was Tom busted to Ensign before he was sent to the penal colony in Australia?

Tom gets demoted to Ensign in the episode "Thirty Days".

To answer the remaining questions, Captain Proton first appears in "Night" and the macroviruses appear in "Macrocosm."

Yes, that's right. He did something terrible (I don't recall what it was) and was sent to the penal colony. Janeway insisted to get him into her crew as she had worked with him before and liked him. He was allowed to join the Voayger but only as an ensign. ("Caretaker")
Gradually, he made his way up, was demoted once again (in "Thirty Days") and later got promoted again.
Rather a rollercoster career ...
