so... i wanted to write kate mulgrew a letter, as i would consider her to be my idol. she is so wellspoken, goes out of her way to be kind, is empowering to women, and incredibly inspiring...
...and i'm positive that i would break down in tears if i ever had the opportunity to meet her...
does anyone know the addess to write her at?
also, does anyone know if she replys to fan mail at all?

I do not know but you cold look around on the net and see if she has any fan mail I have a fan mail site were I ccolect autographs it is http://autograph-collection.piczo.com

A PM may be a good idea, there's nothing in the rules execpt something about personal privacy, but I'm not 100% sure that it covers this.
I'd suggest just playing it safe
