Yes, boredom master, all of the TNG seasons have been released on DVD. There are several online and offline options for purchase, it may take some looking though as they have been out for a while. Hope this helps!

I myself have every episode of every series on DVD (except the Animated Series...I'm working on that one next). You can buy the entire series on DVD as a big set on eBay from time to time...may I suggest looking there.

Yea, and Sams's club sometimes carries them for a really reasonable price.
