I just watched the first Dirty Harry movie from 1971 last night for the first time, and I thought I had seen the villain before somewhere. Checking it out on IMDB, who do I see played psychopathic villain Scorpio?

Mr. Andrew "Garak" Robinson himself.

This was his first appearance on the big screen and he completely owned that part. What a nasty villain.

I'll have to check that out. I'm always seeing actors from star trek on all kinds of crazy shows and movies.
