Web browser? Never heard of one. There might be some interesting skins out there though.

yea but I wouldn't even begin to know how to use skins....I'm a network specialist..I mess with networks...not skins....if someone could explain this to me and give me a website that has a startrek theme I'd appreciate it...but what I'm looking for is like a startrek interface....like the buttons, browser bar, everything...looks kinda like a pannel off a starship

What browser do you use now?
In Firefox you can download "skins" that change the appearence of the browser, but not the browser itself.
I found this one, but I don't really know anything about the site it's on. I just did a google search:
http://www.extensionsmirror.nl/index.php?showtopic=6138
You can also look here (official firefox site):
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/themes/
I trust the Firefox site more, but I don't think they've got a Trek theme. Yet.

Er...a web browser is a fairly complicated computer program. The easiest thing would be to just use Firefox and download a skin.
As for an XP skin...The best way would probably be just a new desktop image, changing the color pallet of the windows, and downloading some icons. I don't know of any way to download a whole new skin...

There should be a "readme" text file that should explain it. Looks like a pretty awesome skin!

Go back to the site you got it from and see if they've got instructions.
