I liked it when she had her hair down in seasons 1 - 2. and then when she got it "cut" and wore it in the ponytail with the clip at the back for Season 3 and part of 4. that one was my absolute fave.

I would definitely have to go with her hair in seasons 4-7. When I went back and saw her hair in the first seasons, I thought it was absolutely repulsive. I really don't know what they were thinking when they did this.

My favourite hairstyle is the clip thing (season 3) and season 5 to season 7. Definitely not the horrible shortness in season 4!

I thought seasons 5-7 were the best. Season 4 was just too short. The ponytail was much better than the bun of steele though.

I prefered the mid-length, it made her look younger. Not that she looked old it just made her complexion look less pale and more light honey.

Season 1-2. She had a very classy look with that hairstyle. I tried to comb my own hair the same way, but it was too difficult, so I gave it up. But she looked great!

The butch hairstyle that she sported in her misinterpreted historical in LIVING WITNESS was really fitting for the BAD-Janeway that was portrayed.

I liked the Bad Janeway - she played it well like she couldnt wait to kick the prime directive to the curb

The Bob was definetly the best, after how many was it? 4 seasons of messing with her hair they finally got it right! Even her 70 year old self kept the same do. It was smart and a little sexy perfect for any television captian.

But I also liked the kind of wavy Do they had her in, in Year of Hell I & II.

For the age she was portraying, I liked the '70 year old do,' but for the main seasons, I still liked the short hair in Year of Hell. I guess I'm just an odd-ball, but then again, my hair is fairly short too.
