Does anyone know what episode it was when Tom Paris was given the title of LT. again, in 30 days he was demoted to ensign.Thanks for all that can help

- Rant: Tom is a criminal to observer, then given a field promotion of Lt. in "Caretaker", then demoted to ensign "30 Days" and then promoted back to Lt. in "Unimatrix Zero". What about poor Harry? All this happens to Tom an never once is Harry promoted during Voyager's run.
