In the episode entitled "Flashback," when Captain Sulu is in charge, at about 27 minutes into the episode when Sulu is describing the differences between being in the academy and being on the bridge... in between his overacting, he looks directly at the camera for a second. Priceless Sulu.

Takei was a crappy actor anyway. I'm sure I'm stereotyping him because he's asian, and not just a bad actor,  Or not.

Again, I blame Sulu. (Takei) The rest did the best they could, I mean, they were Shakespearean actors, yet he managed to drag them down.

So true. Sulu's acting is roughly along the lines of the bullet in the drowning victim. Just making it heavy enough to sink.
