Female Vulcan eyebrows--why are they not consistent?

In the 2nd ST movie, Saavik (Jenny Craig girl) has human looking eyebrows. In the 3rd ST movie, Saavik (now different actor) has the traditional Vulcan eyebrows that angle upward.

Nearly all of the Vulcan women throughout the movies and series' have the upturned eyebrows.

However, T'Pol also has the human eyebrows instead of the upturned eyebrows.

Has anyone ever heard why these two Vulcan women(T'Pol and Saavik ST2) are the only ones that are different? Did the actresses simply not want their eyebrows messed with? Are these two women simply very ugly looking with the angled eyebrows so they just did away with them? Were the make-up people simply being lazy? What is the story here? Anyone know? Just curious.

I don't know the official story behind it, but I'm guessing it was a decision by the make-up artists and the producers because they were main characters and they felt that normal eyebrows were more attractive.

They've don't that before, I remember reading about it in the book "Aliens and Artifacts", but I don't remember the exact examples (I want to say one such change was a Bajoran woman, but I can't remember).

From a female perspective, Saavik (Robin Curtis) was the best female vulcan. Kirstie Alley was on her way with Cheers, and the whole "tear" thing, that was her idea, just kind of sucked, IMO. Never really watched ENT, so can't comment on Blalock.
