Pretty cool.

What the article does not make clear is whether the stem cells came from the recipient animals or not. It seems to say that the donors were not the recipients.

The true long term future of stem cell therapy is to use the patient's own stem cells, thereby foregoing replacement of the nucleus (as is done in most current therapy), and completely removing any risk of tissue rejection.
