Wow. I didn't hear about this until just now, but this is shocking. Being outside of Denver and in Colorado as I am, I'm guessing they'll be a lot of talk about this at school tomorrow, perhaps even more so than the playoffs-preventing loss from yesterday.

I wonder if the shooters could have found him if he used a normal car rather than showing off with his money. I'm not saying he is to blame, but keeping a low profile is a good idea for famous people.

Why should he have had to be anything less than what he was? He worked hard for the money to buy that automobile, to buy whatever he wanted. I am not a believer in conformity for the sake of "preventing jealousy" or whatever. I realize you said, "I'm not saying he is to blame", the 'but' at the end really stands out, though. He should be allowed to be who and what he is (was). Are we now in an age where we're to be tolerant of only things like sexuality, race, etc...?
