Okay, I know that we do definitely have some Final Fantasy fans on this website. I was wondering if anyone has gotten the new game out yet and if so, what do people think of it? I got it last week with my reserved copy and I do have to say that it's AWESOME! Even better than I thought it would be. Graphics look so nice and beautiful on it. Definitely good gameplay too with the real time combat system. And it also has a really good story. If anyone has yet to get the game and likes RPG's, I highly recommend getting the game.

Wow. MakeItSo, that's two things that we have in common; Battlestar Galactica and Final Fantasy. Heh.

In any case, yeah, I bought FFXII with my reserved copy, as well. Absolutely amazing. Best Final Fantasy in years (since VII) and the story is better than any other before it. The battle system sometimes pisses me off (because...well...with Gambit on, I can just walk away from a boss fight...Seriously. I did that once. Plus, the Gambit systems seems annoying a bit. Personally, I like Turn-Based RPGs better). Now, I haven't been playing too much (I've been doing a lot of leveling up.

I'm at the Tomb of some king. I forgot his name. Level 30.

But, yeah, definitely a 10/10. Actually, I bought the FFV thing for the GBA, too. That's also awesome. Final Fantasy (excluding X-2 and XI) is awesome.

You'll never hear me say this again in my life, but...

Go Red Sox!

Yeah 2 things to have in common. Very cool. I'm still at the very beginning of the game. Sometimes the battle system also pisses me off. I heard that if you level up something called Quickening on the Licenses, that it will help you a lot. One of my friends told me that you can kill bosses in one hit or take out a huge portion of their life once Quickening is high enough. What also annoys me is how you try to flee if you need too. I didn't realize that you had to hold the R2 butten down for it to flee. I haven't been able to play as much. I'm still running away from those guys in the cave who took Penelo. I died once (because I didn't flee right at first, I just kept tapping it) and then I haven't played it in a week. So I went back to playing the game Okami that is also a VERY good game. But I do need to start playing FF12 again...it just sucks when you die and you have a save point from who knows when and you have to go through the level all over again. But I still really like the game. I think it is the best Final Fantasy since FF7 and FF8.

I don't like the new battle systems.. i'm more in Turnbased then this.. okay, it can be handfull, but i prefer the old system.

Neither less, the story is absolutely PERFECT! I really enjoy playing the game! I ordered the game directly from America*since it isn't in store here yet.. i think* and i was impressed when i started the game. The new upgrade system is really cool!

Anyway, my conclusion:
I advise to every FF fan who has not bought this game yet, to buy it and play it! A 20/10
