- from all the ds9 episodes I saw, it never really explained how he got there who he was or why he was there. He was just there...what's the episode in which he first appears?

Morn is in every single episode of DS9, at least in the background if not very obvious. I believe he was there during the occupation, according to Quark, but I forget when/if that was said.

I like Garek and Zeb.
They did a lot to help get me get past the religious overtones which I could have lived without - I skip over those eps. I personally really liked the ep where Garek arranged for the Romulan senator's shuttle to explode so that the damaged evidence the Romulans find will get them to join in the war without getting Sisko's hands dirty

Most interesting guy, hmmm...well my faves were always:

1. Garak
2. Quark
3. Dukat
4. Odo

Couldn't pick just one...though could lean towards Garak more I guess!

Odo. He was an outsider, so different from any other guy, unique under any point of view. Yeah, Odo, definitely!

1. Quark - Funny character..... Greed is good.
2. Garak - Spy Tailor. I wish they expanded on this character even more.

Luther Sloan - Section 31 mastermind
Elim Garak - Just flat out mysterious. Never knew what he'd do next. Very witty, too.
Julian Bashir - Funny and smart character
Weyoun - Probably one of the best acted parts in the series.

I vote for Dukat. He underwent maybe the biggest character changes of all. He went from bad to nice to insane to evil. Interesting development and never boring.

Garak was by far the most interesting character in StarTrek history.

Here you have a man responsible for some of the great assainations of all time and here he is a common tailor (his own phrase).

He was the protege of the very dispicable but very refined Tain and he loved teaching Bashir and then Nog about how to act and react in a military situation.

A great character played by one of the best actors to of graced the trek universe.

Weyoon was well played by Jeffery Combs and I thought Armin Shimmerman did a great job with Quark.

I think the most interesting was Odo. He was a very complicated character. And I thought they did a good job making him a Changling who was stuck in solid form.

2. Garak
3. Dukat
4. Veyoun

Actually, he didn't die. He faked his own death to lure out the people after the latinum he had in his stomach. He came back after they had been arrested thanks (indirectly) to Quark.
